Synopsis:
Gene Autry and Barbara Erwin each inherit half of the late Dad Erwin's ranch and mining property, but neither can sell without the other's consent. Gene wants to follow the wishes of Dad Erwin to the letter, but Barbara wants to sell out for ready cash, so she hires some men to "convince" Gene to sell, too – which leads to considerable trouble for all concerned.
