Synopsis:
Gene Autry and Frog Millhouse are called to the Pueblo Springs Valley to save Frog's aunt and other ranchers from the possibility that Cavanaugh, a resort owner, will purchase public grazing grounds. Gene decides to round up all the cattle and sell them for the necessary cash to buy the land from the government, but Cavanaugh sends out rumors of a gold strike which causes every cowboy in the district to desert his employer. Just then, two hobos, who have befriended Gene, learn of his plight, and round up dozens of their fellows. Under Gene's tutelage, they prove to be swell cowpunchers and manhunters, eventually saving the land for the ranchers, and bringing Cavanaugh's gang to justice.
